On request, we can offer you an online account to our platform, offering options to start building your own vessel- or fleet specific printer catalogue, adding all relevant contact persons who need to be aware of this process, selecting all printers per vessel and the current and correct printing consumables per printer, listing initial stock levels per printing consumable and registering DCA extracted usage ratios per printer.
Our platform will automatically generate for each and every printer alternative Ships Ink printing consumables, including the higher capacity levels, calculating the new usage ratios and optimizing the number of needed items for a certain time frame. This optimized need will be specified into a vessel specific quotation, visualizing savings in terms of both money and plastic weight. After approving, adjusting, optimizing the quotation where needed, the order will be processed and the items will be delivered.
The platform will generate and send periodical reminders to all listed contact persons to double check usage ratios and stock levels, based on which a new vessel specific quotation will be generated and the process starts all over again.
